Shipping: from our box to yours

Our toys ship through Amazon, so delivery options and speeds are the ones you see at checkout. Here is how the journey usually goes.

1. You pick a toy

   Choose a toy on this site and follow the button to its product page.

2. You check out with the retailer

   Shipping speed, cost and any free-delivery options are shown at checkout before you pay.

3. It ships

   Most of our toys are fulfilled from US warehouses and ship within a day or two.

4. It arrives

   You will get tracking updates from the retailer. Charge the toy fully before its first game.

5. Your cat inspects the box

   Keep the packaging — on MigiBox, the Paw Palace and the shadow tunnel it turns into a cardboard toy.
