Returns: when a toy misses

Not every toy is a hit with every cat. If one misses — or something is wrong with it — here is what to do.

   Try one small change

   Before you return it, try a different spot, a fresh catnip pouch or a new lure. Many cats warm up on day three.

2. 2

   Start the return

   Returns go through the retailer you bought from. Open your order and follow the return steps within their return window.

   Tell us what happened

   If a toy stopped working, write to [email protected] with your order details. We read every note and use it to improve the next batch.

A toy that misses is still useful to us — it tells us what to build next.
